Mr. Silva is also a member of the Lanka Angel Network (LAN) and was previously serving as a general council member of SLASSCOM. Mr. Silva’s experience in many senior leadership positions has molded him into a mentor and a digital transformation consultant. Udana is a seasoned technology professional. He started his career in banking and moved into IT which helped him to gain experience in both digital and business. Udana has over 16 years of experience, with 14+ years at the C-level, in Sri Lanka, UK, and Australia. Udana has spearheaded many digital transformation projects including national-level projects such as Online Tourism Business Licensing System (OTBLS). He is also a co-founder (&CTO) of a few innovative tech startups such as Crowdlearn , Autoplan etc. Udana has over 14+ years of experience as a visiting lecturer and currently lecturing at the University of Colombo and Digital Marketing Institute-Ireland where he is a certified digital marketing lecturer.

Professional hotelier with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Post graduate Institute of Management (PIM) of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Hotel Management Diploma qualification in 1985 from Sri Lanka Institute of Hotel Management and Post graduate Diploma from Oberoi School of Hotel Management, India in 1988 were the basis for Hotel career.

After switching from HR to Advertising, he worked with several local and multinational advertising agencies for over two decades. Some of his key Clients were: Sri Lanka Telecom, Fonterra, Clipsal/Orange, Lanka Wall tile, Lanka Milk Foods and Toyota.He ventured out on his own 15 years ago and established a Public Relations and Marketing Communication Consultancy concentrating on internal communications, stakeholder relations and communications research. Dushan Soza
Dushan Soza is an ecstatic individual who is highly geared towards working in the IT Sector. A very successful Entrepreneur who pioneered WNS Global Services Sri Lanka; the leading BPO/ BPM Company in 2002 since inception, and operated as its Managing Director till 2016.
